Most orders will ship out within one (1) day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays). Express and Overnight Delivery orders placed after 1 pm EST will not ship until the next business day. Some orders will take 24-48 hours to process.
Once we finish preparing your order, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. Information about any backordered items will be included in this email. Your order will be shipped via standard shipping unless you select an alternative. Upon shipment, most orders are received within 7 business days.

Our return policy strives to be as flexible as possible for our customer while allowing us to provide the best quality product at a significant discount. As a result, not every product can be returned.
You can return the following items:
VK Dance Shoes and Apparel gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise AND in its original packaging for full refund or exchange within 30 days from the shipping date. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Ship your item(s) to: VK Dance Shoes and Apparel, 3363 NE 163rd Street, Suite 101, North Miami Beach, Florida 33160. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The following items are non-returnable:
All non-sized items, including bags, shoes brushes, toys, and more are not eligible for return. Exceptions may apply so please check the individual product page carefully. All customized, personalized and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that any items that have been altered in any way are final sale.
Gift cards, shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable/non-returnable.
Returns and Credits
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If the credit card used in connection with the purchase is expired or invalid, the refund will transfer over to your new card if it is with the same bank. If this is not possible, we will issue a check to the billing address on the credit card. If any promotional discount was applied to the total at the time of purchase, you will be refunded the actual amount paid at the time of purchase for that item.
Remember: shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Eligible item(s) must be returned or exchanged within 21 days of the item shipped date or as otherwise stated on the item return policy. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Please return items in their original packaging, including: hangers, plastic wrap, hang tags on garments, shoeboxes, dust bags and gift boxes.
We'll ship you your new item right away–but we'll have to charge you for the purchase (we'll waive the shipping of the exchange item). Upon receipt of the original item we'll also credit you for the cost of that item. This is the most efficient way to ensure that you get your new item–and that you receive it as quickly as possible.
